Wolfkreig 2017

Postby justtony » Sat Jan 28, 2017 4:06 am

So, is anyone from the Kentuckiana area planning on attending this year? I'm pretty sure Jon Holland won't be able to make it, from what he's told me.

I'm very much on the fence about playing again.

Convince me.

From our locals I know:

Me - Whatever side is needed
Ed Hall - Soviets
Brian Huss - Germans
Chad will play as a ringer I expect.

There are some other locals I'd put in the "might" column like Greg, Chris, Clay, etc.

I think there are 16+ prepaid players about now. I'm not one of them, but I will be and will be there.

I imagine this will be our last local hurrah for Version 3.

Let me know if you want to go Tony and need some refresher gaming.

Tom

Many thanks for the reply. I'm committed this Sat, 4 Feb, with an IDPA match in the morning and Kae's D&D game in the afternoon. Sunday is the Superbowl.

Now about a catch up game the next Sat, 11 Feb?

I've signed up but am still tentative. :|

Okay, I'm passing on attending WK this year. And probably going to be unloading my miniature collection. I'll keep my WHFB Orcs & Goblins to play against Kae's Wood Elves, and my X-Wing stuff.

But 90% to 100% of the 40K stuff is going to get sold.

Probably be selling most of my FOW stuff as well, I might keep my original Tiger Ie models, and the 2 platoons of Infantry I painted in 44 peadot camo. Otherwise, likely will get a dealer's table at a Con somewhere this and sell off everything. Including terrain.

So, I'm gonna give folks here on the Battlevault first shot. Let me know if you want something and I'll see if I've got it. I am also willing to consider trades and for somethings, I'll trade in your favor.

Email me at justanotherat (at) gmail (dot) com.

Between writing and competitive shooting and working full time now, something has to give.

Tony,

Sorry to see your departure from FoW. I'm interested in some of your stuff.

Also, I'm looking to unload my X-Wing stuff. Certainly willing to make some trades there. A lot of my X-Wing stuff is unopened and includes the Cornelian Corvette, the Rebel Transport and some other bigger models. I really like Star Wars Armada and just can't see staying in both systems.

I will be there and once again fielding Panzergrenadiers. And for the first time I finally get to play with Jagdpanthers! 8-)

If anyone is running Allied Tanks please assault my infantry; since I have no choice but field Panzerfaust MG Teams I'd like to get my money's worth.
